We are recruiting to hire a full time Powder Coat Painter.

Requirements:
- Experience in Powder Coating is preferred but not required as we provide on-site training.
- A good attitude, strong work ethic and attention to detail are key traits we care about.
- A safe workplace is a core value for us, so a personal commitment working safe at all times, and any previous safety training is a bonus, though on-site safety training is provided.
- A commitment to quality and the ability to follow written work instructions.
- Related shop experience and understanding of basic hand and power tools is an asset.
Job Duties:
- Operation and maintenance of powder coat spray guns.
- Operate measuring devices.
- Fill out production paperwork.
- Assist with loading and unloading products for coating and blasting
- Assist with any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Work Conditions:
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ensure work area remains clean and well organized
- Constant light physical effort (bending, reaching, carrying light items, walking, standing)
- Regular heavy physical effort (carrying, lifting or pushing heavy items)
- Overtime as required.
- Shift is Monday-Thursday, 4 days, 10-hour shifts
