Testing both in-house and in the field under different conditions allows our engineers to gather data used in predictive applications: when, how often, and under what circumstances might a part fail? Our durability management process is based on the development of engineering, testing and manufacturing systems that allow us to plan for testing and improvements based on previous experiences, customer requirements, and the data we collect. We can’t possibly predict and test for every possible failure but through this process, we strive to identify as many as possible before a product enters the market.

Our relatively small and responsive culture gives us the ability to shift gears quickly to engineer and test improvements. In our commitment to implementing new technologies into our processes that improve our customer’s experience, we haven’t lost sight of how important durability is to farmers. It’s built into our culture from top to bottom – from R&D to testing to service, to constantly talking to our customers to gain insights into how our equipment performs in the field.
